Is MoodE therapy?
No. MoodE is a journaling tool with optional AI insights. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment. If you need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional.

Troubleshooting
If MoodE crashes, fails to install, or behaves unexpectedly, update to the latest version, restart your device, and try again. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and app version.
Account and data
Depending on the version you use, data may be stored primarily on your device. If you delete the app, locally stored data may be removed according to your device settings.
Crisis resources
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. If you are struggling emotionally, contact a local crisis line or trusted support network. MoodE is not monitored for emergencies.
