By downloading, accessing, or using MoodE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use MoodE.

MoodE is not medical care

MoodE is a self-reflection and journaling tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with questions about a medical condition. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

License to use

Subject to these terms and any store rules that apply, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoodE for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or services except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MoodE, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use MoodE to violate law. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe misuse occurred.

Subscriptions and purchases

If MoodE offers paid features, purchases may be processed by Apple or Google. Pricing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may be governed by the applicable store policies in addition to any terms presented at purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

MoodE is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from AI features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodE and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of MoodE.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
